DEAR MR. PRESIDENT,

You have made the public request that all the victims of the DEEP STATE and the conspiracy perpetrated by the IRS and its criminal wrong doing under Barack Obama, Lois Lerner and Eric Holder as part of the prosecution of those in the TEA PARTY and TAX MOVEMENT contact you.

In fact, one week after the Congressional subpoenas EXPIRED against Lerner, Holder and the IRS for the production of over 60,000 missing emails, my wife Melissa and I were brutally arrested by IRS Agents John Smith and Peter Lu, acting under the direction of Obama appointed DOJ prosecutors Valerie Makawitz and James Hughes. Makawitz has worked for the G.S.A. the RAND Corporation, and her husband Mark Makawitz, is an Obama appointed Military Tribunal judge, the first to EVER appointed with no qualifications whatsoever for the job. We can also proved that the COURT and the prosecutors PROFITED to the tune of MILLIONS OF DOLLARS due to our prosecution.

At our trial on April 4, 2017, the first witness against us was former IRS Commissioner Mark Everson. He hates you, has written vicious screeds against you, and wanted us jailed as a publicity stunt because of our support for you. In fact our arrests were TIMED to be just BEFORE EVERSON announced he was running against you.

We were denied the right to question our potential jurors during the VOID DIRE jury selection, and later we discovered why. The Jury pool itself was tampered with, where potential jurors were chosen BY A DOJ COMPUTER, of those who would be most likely to convict us.

Juror #6 turned out to be KATIE INGREBREGSON. All she said about herself was that she was a “consultant”. She was, in fact, the manager of the CAMPAIGN TO RE-ELECT BARAK OBAMA in 2012. She was the Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, knowing full well that I was the reporter that exposed AREA 51, and I have written the truth about the DEEP STATE and BLACK OPS SUPER SCIENCE projects in my SANDS OF TIME BOOK SERIES. She was Obama’s DIRECTOR OF DEEP BATTLEGROUND STATES, and was a political strategist and operative for Barak Obama. She has also given well publicized TED TALKS on INFILTRATION of the campaigns of POLITICAL ENEMIES…meaning YOU Mr. PRESIDENT!

And she, on someone’s orders, INFILTRATED OUR JURY for the SOLE PURPOSE OF CONVICTING US of crimes we did NOT COMMIT!

I had a TOP TEN INTERNET RADIO SHOW, out of 10,000 stations, going out to millions world-wide. I’ve been a writer/producer and investigative reporter for shows like HARD COPY, UNSOLVED MYSTERIES, STRANGE UNIVERSE, GERALDO’S “NOW IT CAN BE TOLD” and dozens more with HUNDREDS of radio and TV appearances and speaking engagements all over the world supporting YOU and YOUR AGENDA of MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN.

I also had the BUNDY FAMILY on my radio show from the beginning and supported them in their fight, who you eventually pardoned.

It’s because of my work in RADIO and TV INVESTIGATIVE JOURNALISM that DEEP STATE forces within the D.O.J. put my wife and I in prison for YEARS! And here, I fight for my LIFE every day against the other inmates, because of my vocal support of you.

I am a childhood and lifelong friend of US Congressman DANA ROHRBACHER (R) ORANGE COUNTY, and I was head of YOUNG AMERICANS FOR FREEDOM at USC.

For a YEAR on the radio, 2015-2016, I PREDICTED that you would become president.

WE MET, Mr. President, in 2016 and I appeared on stage with you on TV and the Internet at your 2016 rally in ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA. The photo of us together was seen all over the world. And I was attacked and fought with the protestors outside! Appearing on local TV supporting you!

I BEG YOU for a pardon for sick wife Melissa and myself. We were unjustly prosecuted by members of Obama’s DEEP STATE machine, and now are both rotting in federal prison for “CRIMES” in which the FED/GOV prosecutors stated there were “NO VICTIMS” and “NO MONETARY LOSS” to the USA or anyone! And this was all about tax paperwork filed by tax preparers who were prosecuted using US as victims in their cases, only to have the Fed/Gov turn on US and claim WE were the perpetrators. This is ALL a vendetta on the part of the Obama DEEP STATE Department of Justice in Los Angeles, all appointed by the Obama Administration!

WE BEG YOU, Mr. President, to consider a PARDON. If anyone deserves one it is USE. In fact I got MORE that the MAXIMUM SENTENCE because the DOJ claimed that I was to be “made an example of”, AS ONE OF YOUR SUPPORTERS, and that my sentence was “to act as a DETERRENT to anyone that would question the VOLUNTARY INCOME TAX SYSTEM of the UNITED STATES….” Which I NEVER DID! Tax preparers filed our returns that they convinced us was all lawful and correct. The judge stated numerous times, “This is not a tax evasion case” and even though architects of the preparation were prosecuted using US as VICTIMS, the DOJ then turned around and bold facedly LIED to the court claiming that WE were the architects of the scheme, even after they presented evidence of 500 other people that the CREDITORS-IN-COMMERCE group filed for!

YOU ARE OUR LAST HOPE! PLEASE Mr. President, support and defend JUSTICE and the people that SUPPORTED YOU against this government TYRANNY and INJUSTICE FROM THESE OBAMA DEEP STATE CRIMINALS!
